Regenerative Alive Community Driven
Our specialties are handcrafted ferments and homegrown American Elderberry Syrup. We are farming with the future in mind and focus on resilient, native, and regionally adapted crops that feed our community from the shiny soil up.

Our elderberry syrup, sauerkrauts, kimchi, hot sauce, gut shots, and fire ciders shift with the seasons to showcase the best of what the garden has to offer. We believe food is medicine, and we use the highest quality ingredients available for our products-- when we don't grow it ourselves, we purchase certified organic cabbage.

Our Methods
Living Foods from Living Soils
It's common knowledge in organic farming: the more life in the soil, the better. It's even true in our bodies as well-- microbes are going to be there, so to stay healthy, we need to load up with the good guys.
We aim to build healthy topsoil in our farm fields and healthy, microbe-rich "topsoil" in our guts. We use regenerative, organic growing methods to feed the life in the soil, and we use traditional fermentation methods to feed the beneficial microbes we all need to thrive.
